Loading Egora Coffee
A tall glass of iced latte on a peach backdrop, espresso marbled through cold milk and ice, coffee beans floating beside it.

Good things take a slow pour.

Small-batch specialty coffee, roasted in-house and poured by hand in Príncipe Real, Lisbon.

  1. Milk Cold whole milk, straight over clear ice.
  2. Espresso A double shot, poured slowly so it falls in ribbons.
  3. Ready Your iced latte, marbled and cold. Stir it or don't.

Beans with a name, roasted down the hall.

We buy green coffee directly from three farms we visit every year, in Huila, Sidama and Minas Gerais, and we pay for quality, not volume.

Every Tuesday and Friday our roaster, Tomás, runs twelve-kilo batches in the back room. Light enough to taste the fruit, sweet enough to drink black.

  • Roasted twice a week
  • Three partner farms
Inside Egora: arched windows, a pale wooden counter with an espresso machine and grinders, plants and a cushioned window bench.
Freshly roasted coffee beans tumbling through the air against a soft cream background.
Seen from above, a cream cup and saucer holding a finished rosetta latte art on a golden crema.

Every cup gets a signature.

  1. We steam whole milk to about sixty degrees, until it is glossy like wet paint.
  2. It goes in high and slow to set the base, then the pitcher drops close to the crema.
  3. A gentle wiggle builds the leaves. One pull through the middle finishes the rosetta.

Baked at seven, usually gone by noon.

Our pastry kitchen shares a wall with the roaster, so everything smells a little of coffee.
